SITUACIÓN INICIAL Después de filtrar el agua con un filtro de bandas con no tejido, siguen existiendo gran cantidad de restos de poliestireno en el agua del proceso de refrigeración de moldes, el cual atasca las boquillas de pulverizado de agua causando desmoldeos defectuosos y finalmente paradas en la fabricación.
SOLUCIÓN Como solución se instala un filtro autolimpiable para líquidos, con elemento filtrante metálico con un micraje de filtración apto para ese tipo de boquillas de pulverización y una carcasa en material inox, consiguiendo de esta manera la limpieza del agua de desmoldeo con un mantenimiento mínimo, consistente en una revisión anual.
